improve mara's coaching intelligence. fine-tune models, build evaluation harnesses, design the feedback loops that make mara smarter with every conversation. experience with llms and prompt engineering required.

own user acquisition and retention. run experiments across channels, build referral loops, and figure out how to get mara into the hands of every runner who needs a coach. running community experience is a plus.

shape mara's coaching philosophy. review conversations, design training plan templates, and ensure mara's advice is specific, safe, and credible across all runner levels. usatf or rrca certification preferred.
